Check-in at Golden Palace Hotel Yerevan is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, at the time of check-in, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference; their passport/identity card or any valid government-issued identification.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
Child policy

Children up to the age of 6 stay for free and get free breakfast when staying in the room with a parent or a guardian using existing bedding. Extra Bed for 3rd person (6 age-12 age) is 10 000 AMD. Supplement for the 3rd person (12 age and more) is 20 000 AMD and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
